Shari Austin works to advance social and environmental change initiatives within Canada and internationally.  She provides strategic advisory services to companies, foundations, charitable organizations and individuals, positioning them for impact and sustainability.  Shari has served on numerous not-for-profit boards, and has advised the federal government on policy issues relating to the charitable sector in Canada.  

She is a former lawyer, and spent twenty years in a variety of executive roles at the Royal Bank of Canada, including as Vice President of Corporate Citizenship at RBC and Executive Director of the RBC Foundation.
