He has successfully represented his clients at all stages of litigation and has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and before the Supreme Court of Canada. Asher has broad litigation expertise, including commercial disputes and defamation, constitutional litigation, insurance, personal injury, long term disability, employment law and professional misconduct.  Asher is the founder of Advocates for the Rule of Law, a legal think tank, and is a co-founder and Board member of the Runnymede Society, a national law student group dedicated to promoting liberty and the rule of law.
